Shiraz 2008

It boasts a dominating presence due to its clearness and profoundly expressed depth, a rich purple colour, with a touch of gentle brownish shades. Its well-defined aroma, reminiscent of over-ripe grapes, is intensely fresh and highlights the wine’s timelessness. Its bouquet contains a hint of stewed plums, liqueur, and spices, which admirably complement the wine’s elegance and maturity, and its pleasingly distinct structure. The exceptional foundation, which is maturation in wooden containers, is becoming more and more refined - resulting in the wine’s increasingly distinct structure and character, as well as a long-lasting and complex finish. The wine is silky, velvet-like, and mild; it is nearly perfect. The maturing period of this wine lasts 10 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon 2009

Colour-wise, the wine is extremely rich. It has a deep ruby colour, while softer violet shades will become visible towards the rim of the glass. Its fragrance includes rich aromas of ripe dark berries, sour cherry liqueur, liquorice, coffee, raw cacao, spices, forest undergrowth, and wood. Its scent is extremely complex, though possesses a rich and ripe fruity aroma, warmth, and spicy sweetness. The aroma is fully developed through the process of decanting. In short, the fragrance is more than persistent, and is reflected in the wine’s structure and taste. The taste is rich, full, mild, warm, and sweet. The structure of the wine provides endless pleasures due to its fruity and sophisticated tannins, which we will surely hear more of in the future. This wine possesses a combination of excellence only characteristic of the most renowned red wines, and is becoming more impeccable every year. The maturing period of this wine lasts 10 years.

Refosco 2011

Colour-wise, the wine boasts a deep, dark ruby colour with scarlet shades. The intense fruity aromas of ripe blueberries, cherries, dry plums and blackberries are complemented by notes of white pepper, chocolate, vanilla and the sweet smell of burnt oak wood. The pleasant softness complemented by the gentle lactic acid develops into a full and long-lasting taste. The rich structure, sophisticated tannins and spicy finish provide an excellent base for its long career as a prestigious ruby. Ability to age: over 10 years
