Hirter Märzen beer 30 litres with 5.0% alcohol by volume and 11.8° Plato original gravity

Hirter Märzen is brewed with Carinthian malting barley, is mildly carbonated, but has a strong extract, a light, full-bodied flavour and a mature, round finish.

The high degree of fermentation results in a light but full-bodied flavour and a mature, round, smooth finish. The malting barley comes from the Krappfeld region, just outside the gates of the Hirt brewery. The fine bitter flavour of the aroma hops remains discreetly in the background.
