As a child I used to spend my summers on a farm. I still can't forget the natural taste of food I consumed there. This ham brought me way back to those beautiful times. This product has a very distinct pork smell which you can experience only by eating natural farmer's produce. Without reading the list of ingredients just biting into this product you know immediately it doesn't contain any fake aroma or preservatives, so real its taste. Nothing like commercial mass market ham. It is not salty at all and as a result doesn't make you thirsty. It fills you up with only a couple of slices and is cut perfectly, not very thin or thick. It has  the right consistency and is easy to chew. I noticed that I ate slower than usual trying unconsciously to stretch the incredible enjoyment. The real deal!
