On a full moon night our vineyard was flooded by a spring with crystal clear bubbling water. What at first seemed just a whim of God was actually the beginning of a magical story.

Flawless, juicy grapes and the pure water, glittering in the moonlight, created the perfect, sparkling mixture. Soon rumors of the delicious drink, later known as the world's first cocktail, reached the royal court and became
spread around the world.

According to legend, the spirit of a long-bearded being still lingers in the vineyards when the moon is full
