Otocan is a well proportioned cow-sheep cheese. Although it is a hard cheese, it has an incredible milky and creamy consistency. It gracefully melts in your mouth. It does not have a strong smell yet has a bite to it. The taste is bright and saturated. It begins with a tender flavor and is followed by the versatility of spicy notes.
