Winemaking: De-stemmed grapes are pressed after being coldly macerated for 12 hours. The process of fermentation in stainless steel vats follows at a temperature of 12 to 17°C. Due to preserving aromatics, the wine matures exclusively in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Food and wine pairing recommendation: TCertainly a pleasant wine as an aperitif and for social events. It goes nicely with hedgehog mushroom with sea bass and pomegranate, salad with octopus, shrimps, and its aromatics are a good companion to Istrian Garganelli with truffles.
