Colour: Intensive dark ruby red colour
Aroma: The aroma is reminiscent of ripe red berries, green paprika, liquorice, dried plums, vanilla, and smoke.
Taste: The wine is medium bodied with rich, ripe fruit nicely balanced with tannins. It has a beautiful, long finish with just a hint of wood.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: This wine can be served with all types of beefsteaks and medallions, especially with peppery sauces or garlic truffles. Can also be served with game meat, sheep and goat meat, and medium matured cheeses.
