Colour: Deeply intensive ruby red colour with a shade of pomegranate.
Aroma: The Aroma of this wine features ripe sour cherry, plum jam, green pepper, dark chocolate, forest undergrowth, and at the end, you can enjoy sophisticated notes of wood.
Taste: In the very rich and full flavours of this wine, you will discover notes of cherry brandy, dark chocolate, and tobacco. It concludes with a beautiful, long finish in which we are pampered with velvety tannins.
Aging potential: 8 years and up
Food and wine pairing recommendation: This wine is a wonderful companion to filet mignon and steaks, especially in the company of pepper and onion sauces and truffles. It goes nicely with game meat as well.
