Analysis of the MURsecco Gold rosé 0,75 lt = Alcohol 12,2 % Vol; acid 6,3 g/l; sugar 15 g/l
Vinification: Die base wine for this sparkling wine is made from Pinot Noir. The base wine was drained after a short maceration of 2 to 3 hours (the pre-run juice was separated). During the following steps of vinification, the same technology was used as with the white wine of the first fermentation under a controlled atmosphere and low temperatures. The sparkling wine is produced in bottles according to the classic / traditional method with a second fermentation.
MURsecco Gold rosé has a dry taste. The colour is typically “rosé” and reminds of the colour of onions. Numerous bubbles are the result of years of lying on wine yeast for years after the secondary fermentation. In taste and smell we can recognize the pleasant notes of red berries that are completed by notes of yeast and bread crust.
