Colour: The wine is clear with light yellow and green shades. Light sparkle and chains of CO2 bubbles can be observed.
Aroma: Intensive fruity aromatics with the prevalence of citrus fruit and apples. It expresses a special freshness and the aromatic potential of the basic wine.
Taste: The taste is simple and fresh with the characteristics attributed to the wine-grape variety, Malvasia, which, in the secondary fermentation, develops a very attractive and spicy finish with a slightly sweet aftertaste.
Ability to age: Up to three years
Food and wine pairing recommendation: It is a fantastic aperitif, can be served independently as a sparkling wine for socialising or as a companion to sea fruit dishes and light pasta with sweeter sauces.
Serving temperature: as aperitif 6–8°C, pairing with food 8–10°C
