"Ranina the Proud" is a wine that stands out due to its unique history and distinct characteristics. Initially discovered in 1900 by Clotar Bouvier, a former winery owner, near Gornja Radgon, this grape variety is thought by some experts to be a variant of the French Muscat de Samur, mistakenly imported from France. Today, Ranina is considered indigenous to the Radgon wine region.

This grape variety holds a special place in our house, a recognition reflecting its unique history and the belief in its local origin. Ranina gratefully acknowledges this special status with an abundance of fruit aromas that recall fresh Agrumi (a type of citrus fruit, often with banana notes), complemented by a distinctive Muscat flavor. This array of flavors, coupled with its vibrant acidity, gives the wine a refreshing quality.

The ideal serving temperature for Ranina is between 10-12°C. It pairs excellently with a variety of dishes, including pasta, poultry, and baked vegetables.
