Colour:Â Light yellow colour with smooth green reflections. Lively sparkle and plenty of bubbles rising in fine beads.

Taste:Â Lively and fresh in taste, typical for the variety Malvazija. Chardonnay and Pinot blanc give to the wine a seductive and aromatic finish with gentle aftertaste.
Food and wine pairing recommendation: A fantastic aperitif! It can be a sparkling wine for gathering and pleasure or enjoyed with light dishes; seafood, appetizers, pasta and rice with lighter sauces, poultry, fruits… Excellent for making the frozen dessert - sorbet.
Serving temperature: as aperitif 6–8°C, pairing with food 8–10°C
