Winemaking: Excellently ripe and healthy grapes are coldly macerated for some time after being destemmed, and following the process of pressing and clarification, it is fermented in Barrique barrels, where the wine matures for one year. It is then aged in oak barrels until bottling.

Colour: An intensive straw yellow colour with golden shades.

Taste: An extremely full, rich taste harmoniously balanced with pleasant acidity. A high mineral content and long finish confirm the nobleness of this wine.
Aging potential: 4 years and up
Food and wine pairing recommendation: White fish baked with potatoes, octopus under a baking lid, pasta with sea fruit.
